Welcome to Aiolop's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:-
Agreement:
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out how Aiolop IPTV will provide access to broadcast services through our Box and (the “Services”) to you. For purposes of this Agreement, “you” and “your” shall refer to the individual who wishes to use the Services. By (i) your submission of an online order; (ii) your acceptance of the Terms of Service electronically during registration; (iii) your initialing the our Term of Service in an order form (“Order Form”); (iv) your signing an Order Form at an Aiolop IPTV Reseller; or (v) your use of Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including future revisions. Any specific terms, conditions, instructions, or service limits relating to the Services that you chose in your subscription package will be treated as part of this Agreement.
Authorized User, Use, and Responsibility:
This Agreement becomes effective once you accept it and will remain in effect until it is canceled or terminated by either party as allowed by the Agreement.
To enter into this Agreement, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal authority to do so. You confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
You acknowledge that all the information you provide will be relied upon by Aiolop IPTV for the provision of Services, and therefore it must be true and accurate.
You agree that Aiolop IPTV has the right to disable or terminate the Services if you provide false or incorrect information. It is your responsibility to promptly notify us of any changes to your personal or billing information, including your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, and expiration date.
Service Usage Terms:
You agree to use the Services solely for personal use and in accordance with the current Aiolop IPTV Authorized Use Policy and all relevant laws and regulations.
If you intend to use our Service and Equipment for a commercial establishment, you must seek prior written approval from Aiolop IPTV by contacting us.
By using the Services at the installation address you have provided, you acknowledge that Aiolop IPTV considers anyone utilizing the Services at that location to be authorized by you, and you are responsible for paying all associated charges.
Authorization for Charges:
You authorize Aiolop IPTV Technology to automatically charge your designated credit card for the following types of fees:
Shipping and Handling Fees:
The fees for shipping and handling are detailed in your Order Form. Our Technology will charge your designated credit card for these fees. You acknowledge and agree that all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees:
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned new items purchased from our website (including Renewal Subscriptions). Customers are responsible for these fees when returning the item to Aiolop IPTV Technology within 7 days of receiving the package by mail or canceling the Renewal Subscription after using the activation code.
Equipment Terms and Returns Policy:
To access the Services on your television set through Aiolop IPTV, you have the option to purchase equipment, which includes cables, wires, amplifiers, STB/receivers, and remotes (collectively, the “Equipment”).
Purchased Equipment:
If you choose to buy our Equipment ("Purchased Equipment"), you agree to pay the prevailing market price of the Equipment in your country of account registration, along with any applicable sales, usage, and other taxes.
You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or hardware within the Equipment provided by Aiolop IPTV Technology. Such actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to the termination of this Agreement, Service disconnection, and potential legal action.
Return Policies:
You can return the equipment bought from Aiolop IPTV within 7 days of receiving it. We will refund the amount paid for the equipment only after we receive it back by mail. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees in both directions, and these fees are non-refundable.
All subscription fees paid are non-refundable.
Aiolop IPTV Purchased Equipment Warranty:
Communication Charges:
To access Aiolop IPTV Services, you are responsible for acquiring and maintaining, at your own cost, all equipment and services necessary to use our Services. You also agree to cover any communication charges incurred by accessing Aiolop IPTV Services through a third-party network, such as a cable or wireless carrier.
Warranty Terms:
Aiolop IPTV warrants that the Purchased Equipment will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of purchase. Any replaced Purchased Equipment will become the property of Aiolop IPTV. Replaced Purchased Equipment or parts may be new or reconditioned.
Aiolop IPTV guarantees any replaced or repaired Purchase Equipment or part for ninety (90) days from shipment, or the remaining period of the initial warranty, whichever is longer.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
Aiolop IPTV will not be liable under this limited warranty if testing and examination reveal that the alleged defect or malfunction in the Purchased Equipment does not exist or is a result of:
Failure to follow Aiolop IPTV’s installation, operation, or maintenance instructions.
Unauthorized product modification or alteration.
Abuse, misuse, negligence, acts or omissions by you or individuals under your control.
Acts of third parties, acts of God, accidents, fire, lightning, power surges or outages, or other hazards.

Aiolop IPTV retains your personal identification information for purposes of account management, billing, customer support, and service management. By using Aiolop IPTV Services, you consent to Aiolop IPTV aggregating anonymous, non-personal information for reporting and analysis concerning your viewing and usage of the Services.

Programming Disclaimer:
Aiolop IPTV is not accountable for the content and does not guarantee or claim any rights to the content provided. The streams of all channels are delivered as they are available online via the Internet.
Aiolop IPTV includes links to third-party streaming providers bookmarked within our devices. These links are provided for accessibility and do not authenticate the companies or contents of such links.
Aiolop IPTV disclaims all liability, makes no allegations or warranties, and has no control over the content provided by these streaming links.

Changes to Terms of Service and Limitation of Liability:
Modification of Terms:
Aiolop IPTV reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at times.
Limitation of Liability:
Aiolop IPTV endeavors to offer continuous, high-quality customer service but does not guarantee that the Services or Equipment provided will operate at a specific speed, be uninterrupted, or error-free. Service performance may vary due to factors like location, line quality, inside wiring, Internet traffic, and other variables beyond Aiolop IPTV's control.
Severability Clause:
In the event that any part, term, or provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable by a court, the remaining portions of the Agreement will continue to govern the provision of Services to you.
Choice of Law:
You and Aiolop IPTV agree that this Agreement, including any updates, modifications, addendums, and changes, and the resultant relationship, shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of North America without regard to conflict of laws principles.
No Returns or Refunds Policy:
Once an order is confirmed, and the account is activated, Aiolop IPTV does not entertain returns or exchanges. Customers are advised to conduct a trial before making a purchase, as the IPTV account code cannot be resold.
Refunds are not provided for any circumstances, including potential issues such as device breakdowns, poor internet connections, or channels ceasing to function.
Aiolop IPTV can customize channels list (modify or remove channels) that are deemed unstable.
Aiolop IPTV cannot guarantee the flawless operation of all channels due to varying internet speeds and other technical issues.
Indemnity Agreement for Aiolop.com:
In consideration of being permitted to use the services provided by Aiolop.com, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aiolop.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or in relation to:
User's violation of the Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations.
User's use of Aiolop.com services.
Any content or information provided by the user.
User's violation of any third-party rights.
Any unauthorized use of the services by the user.
The user agrees to indemnify Aiolop.com for all damages, losses, and expenses including but not limited to legal fees and costs, arising from or related to the above-mentioned situations. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the user's account or relationship with Aiolop.com.
Ban Rules Policy:
To ensure server quality, we have implemented an Anti-Restreaming program that automatically blocks subscriptions under the following circumstances:
Using the same username on multiple clients simultaneously will result in an automatic ban.
Logging in with the same username on two devices sharing the same IP address leads to an automatic ban.
Using the username on multiple devices with different internet networks triggers an automatic ban.
Simultaneous usage of SmartTV clients or VLC on Android devices results in an automatic ban.
Any attempts to access the server or OVH server will lead to an automatic ban.
Resellers selling subscriptions twice to customers will face an automatic ban.
Customers can log in on two devices sequentially, but not simultaneously.
The reseller panel is strictly for business purposes; using it for personal reasons will result in a ban by the admin without a refund.
Service Description
NOTE : - As a re-seller, we do not have ownership or control over the servers or the addition/removal of channels. Once an IPTV subscription is activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We highly recommend trying our free demo to test the service and ensure your satisfaction before purchasing a subscription.
AIOLOP IPTV does not own the servers. We solely re-sell activations and help you connect to the server and manage your subscription. Server owners reserve the right to add or remove channels without prior notice to ensure the best IPTV experience for subscribers. If you disagree with this policy, IPTV may not meet your expectations.
If you want to use more than one device with the server, you can purchase a second subscription at a discounted price. However, please note that the server only allows one device to be connected at a time per subscription.
Service Offering:
The IPTV streaming service provides access to a diverse range of television content, including live TV channels, video on demand (VOD) movies, series, and other on-demand video content.
Content Availability:
The service offers a wide selection of live TV channels, covering various genres such as news, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and more.
Additionally, users have access to an extensive library of on-demand movies, TV series, and other video content for streaming at their convenience.
Streaming Quality:
The service is designed to deliver high-quality video streaming, with content available in high definition (HD) and, where applicable, ultra-high definition (UHD) formats.
The streaming quality may be influenced by factors such as the user's internet connection speed and device capabilities.
Limitations:
Users are expected to adhere to any geographical restrictions imposed by content licensing agreements, which may affect the availability of certain channels or on-demand content in specific regions.
The service may have limitations on the number of simultaneous streams allowed per account, as well as restrictions on the number of devices that can be registered for access.

User Responsibilities
Compliance with Copyright Laws:
Users are responsible for adhering to all copyright laws and regulations when accessing and utilizing the service. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality of Login Credentials:
Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames and passwords. Sharing of login information with third parties is not permitted.
Non-Commercial Use:
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are prohibited from using the service for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to public screenings, promotional events, or any form of monetary gain.
Lawful Use:
Users must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unlawful or unauthorized use of the service is strictly prohibited.
Respect for Service Limitations:
Users are expected to adhere to any limitations imposed on the service, including but not limited to geographical restrictions, simultaneous streams, and device registrations.
Reporting Misuse:
Users are encouraged to report any unauthorized use or suspected misuse of their account to the service provider for appropriate action.
Data Collection:
We collect user data, including personal data, for various purposes. The specific categories of data collected can vary depending on the product and purpose, as well as your location. We process this data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Data Usage:

Limitations of Liability:
The service provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Third-Party Services:
The service provider disclaims liability for any third-party services, content, or applications accessed through or integrated with the service. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of third-party services and understand the associated risks.
The service provider has the right to update the terms and conditions. Users will be notified of changes in the following ways:
